Small Changes

First off, the original version I uploaded was the incorrect zip. This version changes one or two very small things, specifically:

• The hydroelectric generator part (used only once) is now recognized as solid, so if you are placing a part and hovering over it, it will no longer render the part you're holding.
• Deleting a part now also removes whatever part you're holding from your hand, which should make deleting parts actually feel like deleting parts.
